Polska And Pasta is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. polska sausage, 3 cloves garlic, chopped, olive oil, parmesan cheese and pasta of choice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Slice into small pieces polska sausage, place in Pyrex dish and heat in oven at 325Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
In large skillet, brown garlic in a layer of olive oil and set aside.
Cook pasta according to directions on package.
When sausage is done, drain fat and stir-fry with garlic.
Add drained pasta to skillet and quickly stir-fry again.
Remove from heat.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
