Polish Pierogi is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sifted flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. melted butter and 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix all ingredients together.
Knead; let rest for 1/2 hour. Roll dough out and cut into squares.
Fill and fold diagonally; seal ends tightly.
Cook in boiling water in a medium or large pot, only 7 to 8 at a time, until they come to the top.
Cook for a few minutes, then drain.
