Polish Mazurki
Polish Mazurki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. sugar, 1 c. butter, 2 c. flour, 1 c. coconut flakes and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 375°.
Blend sugar, butter and flour.
Pat and press mixture into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool. Spread baked layer with jam.
Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and spread over jam.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 350° oven.
Cool and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
