Polish Hamburgers
Polish Hamburgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger meat, 1 roll ritz crackers, crushed, 2 eggs, 1 small onion, diced and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix meat, crackers, eggs, diced onion, salt and pepper together.
Shape into patties.
Place in frypan (I use large electric frypan) with a little oil and brown on both sides.
Put cut pieces of potatoes, carrots and onion slices on top of hamburgers in the pan.
Next, mix soup, water and about 1/2 c. red wine.
Pour over hamburgers.
Cook for 1 hour at 325Β°.
This is a great one-dish meal with easy clean up.
