Polish Chop Suey
Polish Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. pork butt in cubes, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans water, 2 pkg. french onion soup and 4 stalks celery, cut small, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown meat, drain off fat.
Add soup, water, French onion soup, celery; cook all together until meat is done.
Cook 10 minutes only the noodles.
Layer sauerkraut, noodles and meat sauce until all mixtures are used up.
First bake at 350° for 1 hour, then at 325° for 1/2 hour.
