Polenta Pie
Polenta Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans italian style stewed tomatoes, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 3 small onions, chopped, 5 garlic cloves, minced and 1/4 c. dry white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Prepare polenta according to package directions and in the amount desired.
Butter a baking dish of appropriate size and spread a layer of polenta on the bottom.
Pour some tomato sauce; sprinkle with cubed Mozzarella and any other meat or vegetable you are using.
Add remaining polenta; sprinkle with sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, rosemary and olive oil.
Bake in a 350Β° oven until hot and bubbly, about 45 minutes.
Let rest; cut and serve.
