Pocket Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 3 carrots, 2 or 3 potatoes, 2 onions, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Make 4 beef patties.
Peel carrots, potatoes and onions.
Add salt to beef mixture.
Slice onions and potatoes and cut carrots 2 to 3-inches in length.
Place each beef patty on aluminum foil, approximately 12 to 15-inches long.
Put several slices of potatoes and onions on patty; also the carrots.
Cook at 350Β° for 1 hour.
