Pocket Rolls
Pocket Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. lukewarm water, 1 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/2 c. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix lukewarm water and yeast and set aside for 1 to 2 hours. In a large bowl mix boiling water, sugar and Crisco.
Let cool to lukewarm.
Add beaten egg, flour, salt, baking powder and soda. Mix all ingredients together and put in bowl with lid on.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
