Mix yeast and warm water.
Add shortening, sugar and egg.
Mix well.
Add flour and salt mixture.
Mix well.
Place in covered bowl.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Make out and let rise about 2 hours.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Yields 2 dozen.
