Plum Quick Bread
Plum Quick Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2 (6 oz.) jars plum or plum with apples baby food, 1 c. vegetable oil, 1 c. buttermilk and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, baby food, oil and buttermilk.
Combine dry ingredients; add to the egg mixture and beat just until moistened.
Pour into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
Yield: 2 loaves.
