Plum Pudding
Plum Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. crisco, 3 c. granulated sugar, 4 c. flour, 2 tbsp. cinnamon and 2 c. milk (whole), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Make muslin cloth 1 yard square.
Combine Crisco, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, soda and eggs.
Beat well.
Add fruit and flour alternately.
Put in center of cloth.
Pull ends up and tie tightly.
Place in 5 quarts boiling water in 10-quart kettle. Boil 3 hours.
Remove pudding and sauce from kettle.
Save broth for sauce.
