Plum Pie
Plum Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, pinch of salt, 1 c. butter and 2 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream butter into flour.
Add 2 tablespoons sugar, salt, egg yolks and milk.
Spread dough with hands in bottom of jelly roll pan and up sides.
Arrange plums in rows on top of dough.
Mix 4 beaten eggs and 1 1/2 cups sugar and pour over plums.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes in 400Β° oven.
Cool before cutting.
