Plum Crunch

Combine prunes, sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, cinnamon and orange peel.
Mix well.
Put mixture in an 8-inch round pan.
Combine 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over the prunes. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown on top.
