Plum Coffee Cake
Plum Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 egg, separated, 2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream 1/4 cup butter margarine and 1/2 cup sugar. Add 1 egg white
Sift together 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt. to creamed mixture alternately with milk until blended.
Into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Put cut plums on top mixture, cut side up.
Cut 1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon and 1 cup sugar. Add stir. Sprinkle over fruit in pan.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
