Play Dough is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 c. salt, 4 tsp. cream of tartar, 2 tbsp. cooking oil and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix ingredients in a pot.
Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until no longer liquid.
Remove and knead in coloring.
