Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, 1 onion, chopped, 2 tsp. minced garlic, 1 box (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, chopped and thawed and 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add broccoli and can of chicken broth.
Then add parsley, oregano, basil, salt and peppers.
Bring to simmer for 10 minutes or until broccoli is done. Pour over cooked pasta, toss and serve.
