Pizza Rice Casserole
Pizza Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. dry rice, cooked, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 c. tomato sauce, 1 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Simmer browned ground beef, tomato sauce, sugar, salt, oregano and parsley flakes.
Mix cooked rice with the cottage cheese.
Put this layer of rice/cheese mixture in greased pan. Cover with thin layer of meat sauce and another thin layer of rice/cheese.
Alternate layers, ending with meat sauce layer.
Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese.
Bake at 325Β° for about 30 minutes or in microwave on High for 6 minutes.
