Pizza Quiche
Pizza Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (9-inch) pastries (not deep dish), 1 tomato, sliced, 1 can chopped green chiles, drained, 1 onion, chopped and 1 pepperoni, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Line a 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate with pastry, or use frozen pie shells.
Prick bottom and sides with fork.
Bake at 400° for 5 minutes.
Let cool.
Layer tomatoes, chiles, onion, pepperoni and cheeses.
Beat eggs until foamy; stir in half and half.
Add garlic, oregano and pepper to taste.
Pour mixture into pie shells.
Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
Serve.
