Pizza Pie
Pizza Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1 c. warm water, 3 c. flour, 1 tsp. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Dissolve yeast in the warm water; add sugar, salt and oil and mix thoroughly.
Add 1/2 of the flour and beat until there are no lumps.
Add remaining flour; knead dough 5 minutes.
Take half of dough and roll out to about 12 inches in diameter.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Leave edges a little thicker.
Repeat with the rest of dough on second cookie sheet.
Let rise 20 to 30 minutes.
Brush tops with salad oil.
