Pizza Omelet
Pizza Omelet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. milk, 2 to 3 tbsp. pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce, sprinkle of oregano and 1 oz. shredded mozzarella or provolone, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in 8-inch skillet.
Beat eggs with milk and pour into hot skillet.
Tilt pan to spread eggs over bottom.
When eggs are almost dry, spread sauce, oregano and cheese over one-half of eggs.
Add optional toppings, if desired and carefully fold unfilled half over fillings.
Cover and warm over low heat until cheese is melted.
