Pizza Hors D'Oeuvres
Pizza Hors D'Oeuvres is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork sausage (hot or mild), 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 2 tbsp. ketchup, 1/2 tsp. oregano and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Fry sausage and drain.
Meanwhile, melt cheese in top of double boiler, then add sausage and stir in rest of ingredients, except rye bread.
Spread mixture on rye bread.
Put on cookie sheet and freeze.
When frozen, put in containers or Baggies and keep frozen.
