Pizza Dough
Pizza Dough is an easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 to 3 1/4 c. flour, 1 pkg. yeast, 1 c. warm water, 2 tbsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large bowl combine 1 1/4 cups of flour, yeast and salt. Add water and yeast.
Beat until well blended.
Using a spoon, mix in as much of the remaining flour as you can.
Turn out on floured surface.
Knead 6 to 8 minutes.
Divide in half.
Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
Roll out to make two 12-inch pizzas.
Top and cook in a 425Β° oven for 12 minutes or until lightly brown.
