Soften yeast in two tablespoons water; add remaining water and flour, mixed with salt, until a bread-like dough is formed.
Let rise until almost double; punch down and stretch over the bottom of a buttered pizza pan or cookie sheet with buttered fingers. Add your favorite pizza filling and bake at 400Β° until done.
