Pizza Cutlets
Pizza Cutlets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork or veal cutlets, 1 egg, beaten, cooking oil, 1 c. bread crumbs and 1 small can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dip cutlets in egg, then crumbs and fry in oil.
Pour oil off and place cutlets back in layers.
Pour over tomato sauce and 1/2 can of water.
Cover between layers.
Salt to taste and sprinkle with oregano, garlic salt and cheese.
Add mushrooms, if desired. Simmer for 20 minutes.
