Pizza Cutlets
Pizza Cutlets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork or veal cutlets, 1 egg, beaten, cooking oil, 1 c. bread crumbs and 1 small can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dip cutlets in egg, then crumbs and fry in oil.
Pour oil off and place cutlets back in layers.
Pour over tomato sauce and 1/2 can of water.
Cover between layers.
Salt to taste and sprinkle with oregano, garlic salt and cheese.
Add mushrooms, if desired. Simmer for 20 minutes.
