Pizza Cups
Pizza Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef or sausage, 1 small bottle pizza sauce, 1 tsp. italian seasoning, 1/2 c. chopped olives and 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown, season to taste and drain meat.
Stir in the pizza sauce, mushrooms, olives, pepperoni and Italian seasonings.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle generously with cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Yields 12 pizza cups.
