Pizza Cups
Pizza Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, 1 tbsp. instant minced onion, 1 tsp. italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown and drain beef.
Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings (mixture will be thick).
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Place biscuits in a greased muffin pan, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400Β° for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Yields 12 pizza cups.
