Pizza Crust
Pizza Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope active dry yeast, 1 c. warm water, 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 c. plain flour, 2 tsp. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Sprinkle yeast over warm water; stir until dissolved.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar and salt.
Add egg and 1 tablespoon oil; stir until smooth and glossy.
Stir in 2 cups flour.
Knead dough 10 minutes.
Put in a greased bowl.
Let rise 1 hour.
Punch down and divide in half.
Makes 2 pizza crusts.
Brush lightly with oil.
