Pizza Crust
Pizza Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 1/2 c. warm water and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve yeast in water.
Stir in oil, salt and pepper.
Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
Turn out on a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.
Place in a greased bowl; cover and let rise until doubled.
Punch down and roll into desired shape.
Cover with pizza makings.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 2 pizzas.
