Pizza Cookie
Pizza Cookie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, softened, 3/4 c. firmly packed light or dark brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to
Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
In medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg.
Stir in flour and baking soda blended.
Spread dough into prepared pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Sprinkle marshmallows and candies cookie during last 5 minutes of baking.
Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack.
