Pizza Casserole
Pizza Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. breakfast sausage, 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced, 1/2 c. onion, diced, 1/2 c. green peppers, diced and 1 c. tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown meat with onion, mushrooms and green peppers; drain. Stir in tomato juice, basil and oregano.
Put 1/2 mixture in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cover with layer of cheese.
Add remaining mixture and cover with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
