Pittsburgh Potatoes
Pittsburgh Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 58 minutes. Made with potatoes (medium), margarine, garlic or garlic powder (best when garlic powder is used), salt and pepper to taste and parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Peel and cube potatoes.
Melt margarine over potatoes. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Stir.
Place in oven; bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or at 400° for 1 hour.
When potatoes are tender, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir. Return to oven until cheese melts.
Will serve 4 hearty eaters.
