*Pita Venita is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 c. warm water (approximately), 1 oz. yeast or 1 dry pkg., 1 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted or 1 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Prepare yeast according to package directions, then add to flour and salt mixture. Add water, using as much as necessary to make a pliable dough, kneading until smooth.
Place in greased bowl.
