Pita Crisps(Makes 48) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (6-inch) pita bread, 1/2 c. butter, garlic powder (coarse grind) with parsley, dried oregano leaves to taste and dried tarragon to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut around edge of pita bread to make 2 halves.
Spread butter on inside of both halves.
Sprinkle each half with garlic powder. Separate halves into 3 groups.
Top the first group with desired amount oregano, the second with tarragon and the third with dill. Sprinkle each pita with Romano cheese.
