Pistachio Whip
Pistachio Whip is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) containers cool whip or lite cool whip, 1 small can unsweetened mandarin oranges, drained, 1 small can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained, 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese and 1 small box sugar-free pistachio pudding mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a large bowl, mix Cool Whip, oranges, pineapple and cottage cheese.
Sprinkle dry pudding mix over Cool Whip mixture and stir to blend all ingredients.
Add chopped nuts if desired.
Chill for at least 2 to 3 hours.
