Pistachio Salad Or Watergate Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 9 oz. cool whip, 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, if desired (i don't use any), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
