Made with 1 medium can crushed pineapple, 1 small box pistachio instant pudding, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 small carton cool whip and 1/2 c. pecans (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Stir pistachio pudding mix into crushed pineapple; mix well. Add 1 cup marshmallows and carton of Cool Whip.
