Pistachio Salad
Pistachio Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice, 1 (3 or 4 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding, 2 c. cool whip, green food coloring (enough to tint green) and 1 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix at lowest speed the juice, pudding and food coloring. Fold in marshmallows and pineapple.
