Pistachio Salad
Pistachio Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. jell-o pistachio flavor instant pudding mix, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple juice, 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, 3 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows and 2 (8 oz.) tubs cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Stir pudding mix, pineapple with juice, nuts and 1 cup marshmallows in a large bowl until blended. Gently stir in 1 tub whipped topping. Mix remaining tub of whipped topping and 2 cups marshmallows in a separate bowl. Reserve 1/2 for garnish. Spoon 1/2 of the pudding mixture in a large bowl. Top with remaining marshmallow mixture and remaining pudding mixture. Garnish with reserved marshmallow mixture, marshmallows and maraschino cherries,
Refrigerate. Makes about 16 servings.
