Pistachio Pudding Dessert
Pistachio Pudding Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream, 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding, 1 3/4 c. milk, 1 large cool whip and 45 ritz crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter or margarine.
Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Save half.
Mix 1 3/4 cup milk into 2 packages pudding.
Into this, mix 1 quart ice cream.
Fold in Cool Whip. Mix well and pour into crust.
Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate covered overnight.
