Pistachio Pudding
Pistachio Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. pistachio pudding mix, 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 c. miniature marshmallows (colored ones are pretty for easter) and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix pudding and Cool Whip together.
Stir until well mixed. Add pineapple, juice and all, marshmallows and nuts.
At Christmas time, put red and green cherries on top.
