Pistachio Nut Cake
Pistachio Nut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1/2 pt. sour cream, 1/2 lb. softened butter or margarine, 1 pkg. instant pistachio nut pudding and 4 tbsp. chocolate syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix all of the ingredients together except syrup.
Mix for 10 minutes.
Grease Bundt pan and sprinkle with crushed walnuts and toasted coconut.
Take 1 cup batter and mix with syrup.
Divide remaining batter in half and place half in pan, then the layer of chocolate batter.
Bake at 350Β° for about 60 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately.
