Blend all ingredients in large bowl, and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Bake in a greased, floured 10-inch Bundt pan at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan and cool on rack.
Cut into 3 horizontal layers.
Spread 1/3 cup frosting between each layer and spoon rest into center.
Garnish middle with chopped nuts and chill.
