Pistachio Fluff
Pistachio Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 56 ritz crackers, 1 stick or 1/2 c. margarine, 2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes pistachio pudding, 2 c. milk and 2 pt. softened vanilla ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Crush Ritz crackers into crumbs.
Melt butter.
Put on cracker crumbs spread in pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 10 minutes, then cool.
Mix pudding, milk and softened ice cream together.
Pour onto crust.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with pistachios and cherries on top.
