Pistachio Dessert
Pistachio Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 1/2 sticks margarine, 1/2 c. sliced almonds, 1/4 c. sugar and 1 (8 oz.) large cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Blend flour and softened margarine.
Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle and pat into flour mixture almonds and sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Blend cream cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip.
Put on top of crust.
Mix pudding and milk and pour over cream cheese mixture.
Spread Cool Whip on top.
Garnish with more almonds, mini chocolate chips, etc.
Keep refrigerated until served.
Makes approximately 15 servings.
