Pistachio Cake
Pistachio Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) white cake mix, 1 tsp. almond extract, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding, 3/4 c. cold water and 3/4 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Stir cake mix with pudding.
Add a few drops of green coloring, if desired.
Add water and oil to the mix.
Then add extract.
Add the eggs, one at a time, using low speed.
Beat 5 minutes.
Grease an angel food cake pan or a Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool; then remove from pan.
