Pistachio Cake
Pistachio Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix, 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix, 1 c. sour cream, 4 eggs and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs and oil. Stir until blended.
In separate bowl, mix sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
Grease well and flour a Bundt cake pan.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of nut mixture in bottom.
Spoon in 1/2 of cake batter on top.
Top this with remaining mixture; then put in rest of the batter.
Do not preheat oven.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
