Sift cake mix into large mixer bowl and add pudding mix, eggs, oil, club soda and nuts
Beat batter at medium-high speed for 4 minutes (this is very important)

Bake in 350Β° oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done
Cool completely; frost.
