Pistachio Bread
Pistachio Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow or white cake mix, 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and beat on medium speed for 5 minutes.
Grease and flour loaf pans.
Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon nutmeg. Pour 1/2 the dough in the bottom of the pans.
Sprinkle with the sugar mixture.
Add the remaining dough on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 2 large or 3 medium loaves.
