Piscado Italliano
Piscado Italliano is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 catfish fillets, boneless and skinless, 1/4 stick butter, 1/2 tsp garlic, crushed, 1 bottle of your favorite italian sauce and linguini, cooked and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter and garlic in skillet.
Salt and pepper fish.
Saute in butter over medium heat about 8 minutes, turning once.
Put pasta onto serving dishes.
Place one fillet on pasta on each dish. Smother with Italian sauce and Monterey Jack cheese.
Sprinkle with parmesan and green onions.
